GymRat Workout & Fitness v0.3

This app is for beginners and bodybuilding pro's alike. Create your own workout routines with custom goals and supersets or follow just the exercises that you can perform with whatever gear you have. Have a pair of dumbells and wondering what you can do? Select Exercises > Equipment Filter > Dumbells > All Exercises, and see what muscle groups you can target! GymRat also comes with built-in full body, travel, no equipment and other cool routines.

Features :
Exercises: 280 exercises and more in later updates. But if you don't want to wait, you can add your custom exercises. Exercises are easily searchable by name, difficulty and equipment used
Routines: several routines and the ability to make your own. Routine logging is a breeze and there a optional timers to help you track rest between sets
Logging: Log and track all your workouts!
Progress Charts: In addition to viewing logs in table format, all logged exercises can now be graphed to see progression metrics such as "One Rep Max", "Maximum Weight", "Maximum Reps", "Longest Time" and many others! Find this feature under Log > Day Logs > Exercise Logs > Charts Button
